Your registered vehicle can use its included maintenance washes at W Broward Blvd in Lauderhill or DM Detailing Center in Pembroke Pines. Choose your plan below; checkout handles recurring billing. Visits are by appointment and unused washes expire at the end of each 30-day billing cycle.

One subscription covers one registered vehicle, not both locations separately. Eligible extra services added to a member wash receive 25% off; other premium detailing is quoted separately. Tell us your vehicle plate when enrolling so either location can verify your wash balance.

Choose a plan above, register one vehicle, and agree to the terms. Square securely collects your card. Your first 30-day cycle starts when the first charge succeeds; subsequent charges run automatically every 30 days.

Monthly Car Wash Subscription Terms & Conditions

DM Detailing Services

  1. 1. Membership

    Membership is billed monthly and automatically renews every 30 days unless canceled. Membership is valid only for the registered vehicle listed at enrollment. Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared between vehicles.

  2. 2. Payment

    Monthly payments are automatically charged on the billing date using the payment method provided. If payment is declined, membership benefits will be suspended until payment is successfully processed. Returned payments or failed transactions may be subject to a processing fee.

  3. 3. Wash Usage

    Washes included in your plan must be used within the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated. Unused washes do not roll over into the next month. Additional washes beyond the monthly allowance are charged at regular Semi Detail prices: $35 for a sedan, $45 for an SUV or truck, and $60 for a 3-row or Super Duty vehicle.

  4. 4. Appointment Policy

    All subscription services are by appointment unless otherwise announced. Appointment availability is based on scheduling and weather conditions. Customers are encouraged to schedule in advance to guarantee their preferred time.

  5. 5. Vehicle Condition

    Subscription pricing covers vehicles in normal condition. Excessively dirty vehicles, including heavy mud, excessive pet hair, paint overspray, excessive bug buildup, excessive sand, bodily fluids, mold, biohazards, or other extreme conditions, may require an additional charge before service begins. Customers will be notified of any additional charges before work is performed.

  6. 6. Service Limitations

    The subscription is intended for maintenance washes only and does not include paint correction, clay bar treatment, ceramic coatings, engine bay detailing, interior shampooing or extraction, seat stain removal, odor removal, headliner cleaning, pet hair removal, or other premium detailing services. Eligible extra services added to a member wash receive 25% off the listed price. Other premium detailing services are available at an additional cost.

  7. 7. Weather Policy

    Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions. DM Detailing Services reserves the right to delay or reschedule appointments because of heavy rain, lightning, flooding, or other hazardous conditions.

  8. 8. Cancellation

    Membership may be canceled at any time before the next billing date. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued once a monthly payment has been processed. Canceling your membership immediately ends future billing but does not refund the current billing period.

  9. 9. Refund Policy

    Membership fees are non-refundable once services have been made available for the billing period. Missed appointments or unused washes do not qualify for refunds or credits.

  10. 10. Customer Responsibilities

    Customers agree to remove all personal valuables before service, ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled appointment time, provide a safe working area for mobile services (including sufficient space and access where applicable), and notify DM Detailing Services of pre-existing damage before service begins.

  11. 11. Liability

    DM Detailing Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage; loose trim, emblems, moldings, mirrors, antennas, aftermarket accessories, or previously damaged components that become detached during normal washing; mechanical or electrical failures unrelated to our services; or items left inside the vehicle.

  12. 12. Membership Changes

    DM Detailing Services reserves the right to modify pricing, membership benefits, or these Terms & Conditions with at least 30 days’ notice.

  13. 13. Right to Refuse Service

    DM Detailing Services reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for unsafe working environments, abusive or threatening behavior, fraudulent activity, or vehicles that pose a safety or health risk.

  14. 14. Acceptance

    By purchasing or renewing a Monthly Car Wash Subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
